  • Usage data: Pages viewed, time spent on pages, navigation paths, referring URLs, and interactions with our website (clicks, form starts, scrolls).

Message frequency varies based on your project status. Typically, you will receive between 1 and 10 messages per month during active communication. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan. Contact your carrier for details.

3.4 Opt-Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, calling (236) 706-9686, or emailing info@builtbybrio.com with the subject “SMS Opt-Out.” You will receive a single confirmation and no further texts will be sent. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive service from BRIO Construction.

3.5 Mobile Information Sharing

BRIO Construction does not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number or any personal information collected through SMS opt-in with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information will only be used by BRIO Construction to send you the transactional messages described in this policy. We may share mobile information with service providers who assist us in delivering SMS messages (such as our CRM platform), but these providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than delivering messages on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with the following parties:

  • Service providers: Companies that help us operate our business, including our CRM system (GoHighLevel), payment processor (Stripe), analytics platforms (Google Analytics), and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta).   • Advertising partners: Google and Meta receive anonymized conversion data (such as that a form was submitted) to measure and optimize ad campaigns. They do not receive your name, phone number, or project details.
  • Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Cookies and Tracking Practices

We use the following tracking technologies on our website:

  • Google Analytics (GA4): Collects anonymized usage data to help us understand how visitors interact with our website.
  • Google Ads: Tracks conversions (form submissions, phone calls, WhatsApp clicks) to measure advertising effectiveness. Uses cookies to serve relevant ads on Google Search and partner sites.
  • Essential cookies: Required for website functionality, such as form submission and page navigation.
