BRIO Construction does not send marketing or promotional text messages. All SMS communication is transactional and directly related to your project inquiry or active renovation.

2.2 Opt-Out Instructions

You can stop receiving SMS messages from BRIO Construction at any time. To opt out:

  • Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
  • Call us at (236) 706-9686 and request to be removed from SMS communication.
  • Email us at info@builtbybrio.com with the subject line “SMS Opt-Out” and include the phone number you want removed.

Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to receive service from BRIO Construction. We will continue to communicate with you via phone or email as needed for your project.

2.3 Message & Data Rate Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply. SMS message frequency varies based on your project status and communication needs. Typically, you will receive between 1 and 10 messages per month during active project communication. BRIO Construction does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data rates per your wireless plan. Contact your carrier for details about your specific plan and rates.

2.4 Carrier Liability Disclaimer

BRIO Construction and mobile carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Rogers, Telus, Bell, and Freedom Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network conditions. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent by BRIO Construction.

2.5 Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to SMS messaging from BRIO Construction. By consenting to receive text messages, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If we learn that a person under 18 has provided personal information or opted into SMS messaging, we will promptly delete that information and remove them from our messaging lists.

2.6 Consent

By checking the SMS opt-in box on our estimate request forms, you provide your express written consent to receive SMS/text messages from BRIO Construction at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from BRIO Construction. You may request an estimate or hire us for a project without opting into SMS messaging.

4. Estimate Requests and Lead Forms

Information submitted through our estimate request forms (name, phone, email, project details) is used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing renovation services. By submitting a form, you authorize BRIO Construction to contact you regarding your project by phone, email, and (if opted in) SMS. Submitting a form does not create a contractual obligation. A formal contract is established only when both parties sign a written renovation agreement.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of BRIO Construction and is protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission.
